ARTIST STATEMENT

I turn outdated tech into trippy memory machines. As a video artist, I play in the colourful chaos of psychedelic-glitch, mixing childhood memories with the magic of analogue signals.

The evolution of image-recording technology has reshaped how we remember. I love working with chunky and modified tech – the distortions feel like dancing with the video. Using personal and overheard stories, plus footage from the 1990s/00s, I create dreamlike visuals exploring dance, nature, games, physics, and space.

My work spans glowing projections, fabric prints, CRT installations, poetry zines, and lenticular prints, to name a few. I also VJ (aka STUDIO720p) live visuals with musicians and DJs. I also Co-Founded & Co-Produce Neptune Series, performance & interactive tech shows.

Why should digital life look perfectly real? I embrace the lo-fi aesthetic and enjoy how fuzzy, imperfect, and full of feeling it is. My art invites you to an experience, to revisit hazy memories and the archives of time passed.
